“Since the COVID pandemic, many employees continue to desire a hybrid working model from their employers that enable them to work from home during the work week. As a result, many office buildings have experienced significant lower occupancy rates, and employers are trying to find solutions to attract their employees to work more from the office. This requires reimagining what an “office of the future” design would provide to employees. Dean Kahremanis was able to reimagine and provide how a century old 25,000 square foot, Class B office building in Detroit could be transitioned in a hybrid work space that would provide amenities and flexible design solutions to promote a productive, collaborative, and healthy work environment. Dean was always open-minded and willing to research and collaborate with other people to reimagine what a hybrid office space could look and feel like.”

Troy Tower Office Renovation
