Other responsibilities include directing, aligning and coordinating all architectural, engineering, and specialized project consultants towards accomplishing each project vision.
Over the past 20+ years, Mr. Kahremanis has acquired experience leading Dean Kahremanis Architects, LLC, and presently envisions full integration of architecture + development into Parabola A+D. While representing developers, Mr. Kahremanis has been instrumental in predevelopment services: initial site selection analysis, master planning, coordination of phase I & II environmental impact studies and soil testing, and comprehensive due-diligence services. He has gained respect and credibility for maintaining positive and smooth-flowing relationships with local building and planning authorities, and for implementing highly creative strategies to successfully maneuver through the site plan approval and entitlement process.
Real estate development is a natural progression in the career of a successful visionary architect. Combining architecture and real estate development is a means to provide more project control, and offer higher quality architecture and construction delivery solutions. Mr. Kahremanis attributes his decision as transformational - leaving a comfort zone, to embrace possibility.
Mr. Kahremanis is a graduate from the University of Michigan, Taubman College of Architecture, (B.S. & Master of Architecture degrees) and Harvard University, Graduate School of Design - (AMDP - Real Estate Development).
